KVKK INFORMATION NOTICE AND PRIVACY POLICY

With this awareness, we attach great importance to ensuring that all personal data belonging to all persons connected with Gabba Home, including those who benefit from our products and services, is processed and safeguarded in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVK Law").

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "KVK Law"), we process your personal data in our capacity as the "Data Controller", as explained below and within the limits mandated by legislation.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data (full name, address, phone, e-mail, order information, IP address, etc.) is processed for the following purposes:

  • Carrying out order processes, ensuring product delivery and coordinating with logistics/cargo companies,

  • Providing after-sales support services (installation, assembly, returns),

  • Issuing invoices and carrying out financial/accounting transactions,

  • Follow-up of customer requests and complaints,

  • Where you have given your explicit consent: marketing, campaign notifications and the provision of offers tailored to you,

  • Providing information to authorized public institutions and organizations as required by legislation.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, in line with the realization of the purposes stated above, to the following:

  • Contracted cargo, shipping and logistics companies for the delivery of products,

  • Banks and payment service providers (Virtual POS companies), so that payment can be collected,

  • E-commerce infrastructure service providers (such as Shopify),

  • Authorized public institutions and organizations (such as tax offices), within the scope of legal obligations and within the framework of the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law.

4. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through our website, mobile applications, social media accounts or call center. This data is processed on the legal grounds of "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" (Distance Sales Agreement) and "being necessary for the data controller to be able to fulfill its legal obligation".

At Gabba Home, we use cookies to improve your experience on our website, analyze site traffic and show you suitable advertisements.

6. Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11)

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVK Law, data subjects have the right to:

  • Learn whether personal data is being processed,

  • Request information about personal data, if it has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,

  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,

  • Request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,

  • Request the erasure or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVK Law.

7. Applications and Contact

You may submit your requests regarding the exercise of your rights under the KVKK in writing by post to our address stated above, or to the e-mail address info@gabba.com.tr with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature. Your request will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
